The structure offers two possible forms of accommodation:

LA GUARDIOLA DEL TEMPIO An independent apartment equipped with every comfort and situated in the oldest part of the house. It was once part of one of the most ancient city gates, as can be seen by an inscription dating back to the XIV century. The apartment is made up of a spacious living room, furnished with a double and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Another single bed can be provided on request.

LA CHIOCCIOLA  is a romantic double bedroom situated in the mansard area under the roof of the owner’s house and fitted with a private bathroom. The room is entered through the study, equipped with internet point, fax, scanner and printer. The proprietor specialised in teaching Italian as a foreign language at the University for Foreigners in Perugia and can offer lessons on Italian and gardening on request.
